We are a Dutch-French company renting and selling classic and electric bikes, accessories, and offering repair services — but above all, we organize guided bike tours in some of the most beautiful cities : Paris, Nice, Bordeaux, Lyon, New York… and of course Versailles

To help visitors discover this iconic destination in a unique way, we are looking for our next Front Desk Agent & Tour Guide to join our Holland Bikes Tours & Rentals shop in Versailles.

The position:

  • 16-hour weekend contract
  • Saturday & Sunday
  • From April to October

You will be the first smile our visitors meet — and often the last memory they take home.

Tasks

As a Front Desk Agent, you represent Holland Bikes on the ground.
Your goal: to deliver a smooth, friendly and memorable customer experience, whether for a bike rental or a guided tour.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming, guiding and advising customers
  • Assisting customers with bike and guided tour bookings
  • Leading guided bike tours in Versailles
  • Checking bikes before and after rentals or tours
  • Using our booking and rental software on a daily basis
  • Handling payments and cash register management
  • Managing the bike fleet to ensure bikes are clean, well-organized and always ready to ride
Requirements
  • A first experience in tourism is required (training provided upon arrival)
  • You enjoy cycling, interacting with people, and sharing French history
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You live in Versailles or nearby
  • Knowledge of bike mechanics is a plus
