Internship - M&a and Strategic Development (H/F)

Vous participerez, aux côtés des deux co-fondateurs de Tikehau Capital et au sein de l'équipe M&A et Développement stratégique, au développement de la société. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement réactif et très entrepreneurial. Vous serez exposé à tous les aspects stratégiques du groupe en impliquant directement l'équipe de direction : Opérations de M&A pour le groupe, opérations stratégiques (partenariats, joint-ventures, développements opérationnels et géographiques, etc.), investissements directs pour le Bilan, analyse et réflexions de sur le marché de l'Asset Management, son actualité et l'évolution de la concurrence, réflexions sur les enjeux stratégiques, exécution des opérations d'acquisition et relations investisseurs.

Vos missions comprendront notamment:

- L'analyse stratégique et financière d'opportunités d'investissement M&A / partenariats potentiels / investissements directs.
- La modélisation financière et l'évaluation.
- Screening et recherche de cibles potentielles.
- Préparation de présentations / notes marketing pour la direction.
- Possibilité d'assister à l'exécution de transactions.
- Modélisation et évaluation financière.
- Réalisation d'études sectorielles et de veille concurrentielle.
- Contribution à la gestion de projets avec des équipes transversales (Business, Finance, Juridique, Communication, MarketingPrivate Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies...).

Vous serez ainsi confronté(e) à l'industrie de l'Asset Management et de l'investissement, au développement d'un groupe entrepreneurial en forte croissance en France et à l'international et aux grands investisseurs institutionnels.

You will participate, alongside the two co-founders of Tikehau Capital and within the M&A and Strategic Development team, in the development of the company. You will work in a reactive and very entrepreneurial environment. You will be exposed to all the strategic aspects of the group involving directly the Management team: M&A operations for the group, strategic operations (partnerships, joint ventures, operational and geographical developments, etc.), direct investments for the Balance Sheet, analysis and reflections of on the Asset Management market, its current events and the development of competition, reflections on strategic issues, execution of acquisition operations and investor relations.

Your missions will include in particular:

- Strategic and financial analysis of investment M&A opportunities / potential partnerships / direct investments.
- Financial modelling and valuation.
- Screening and research of potential targets.
- Preparation of marketing presentations / notes for the Management.
- Opportunity to assist in the execution of transactions.
- Financial modelling and valuation.
- Realization of sector studies and competitive intelligence.
- Contribution to project management with transverse teams (Business, Finance, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Capital Market Strategies...).

You will thus be confronted with the Asset Management and investment industry, the development of a fast-growing entrepreneurial group in France and abroad and large institutional investors.

- Vous êtes en première ou deuxième année de Master (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université) avec une première expérience en Fusions & Acquisitions / Financement / Transaction Services / Investissement.
- Vous savez vous adapter, êtes autonome, proactif, curieux et êtes organisé.
- Vous êtes rigoureux et soucieux du respect de la confidentialité.
- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise de Pack Office et vous parlez couramment l'anglais.

- You are in your first or second year of Masters (business school, engineering school or university) with a first experience in Mergers & Acquisitions / Financing / Transaction Services / Investment.
- You know how to adapt, are autonomous, proactive, curious and are organized.
- You are rigorous and concerned about the respect of confidentiality.
- You have a perfect command of Pack Office and are fluent in English.
