En tant que **Customer Success Manager en alternance**, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans leur parcours d’adoption et d’utilisation de la solution Botmind. Vos missions comprendront:

- ** Onboarding & formation clients**:

- Accompagner les nouveaux clients dans la prise en main de notre solution.
- Animer des sessions de formation personnalisées ou en petits groupes.
- ** Suivi et satisfaction client**:

- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients au quotidien.
- Suivre les indicateurs de satisfaction et d’usage, et intervenir de manière proactive pour maximiser la valeur apportée.
- ** Analyse et amélioration continue**:

- Collecter les retours utilisateurs pour proposer des évolutions produit pertinentes.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Produit et Tech pour résoudre les points de friction et enrichir la roadmap.
- ** Documentation & support**:

- Contribuer à la création de ressources pédagogiques (guides, FAQ, vidéos).
- Participer à la gestion du support client de niveau 1, en assurant un suivi rapide et qualitatif.
- **
Formation** : Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 en école de commerce, université ou école spécialisée en Customer Success, relation client, ou gestion de projet.
- ** Compétences**:

- Aisance dans la communication écrite et orale.
- Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs (Google Workspace, notion, Excel...).
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux SaaS ou appétence pour les outils tech.
- Niveau d’anglais professionnel apprécié.
- ** Personnalité**:

- Sens de l’écoute, rigueur et organisation.
- Esprit analytique et orientation solution.
- Curieux(se), proactif(ve) et enthousiaste à l’idée de faire progresser les autres.
