Ingénieur procédés intervenant préférentiellement sur des études ou projets liés à la production d’Hydrogene vert ou ses dérivés (Ammoniac vert notamment)
- Ingénieur procédés intervenant préférentiellement sur des études ou projets de captage et liquéfaction de CO2
- Ingénieur procédés intervenant préférentiellement sur des études ou projets de production et distribution d’utilités
- Ingénieur procédés intervenant préférentiellement sur des études ou projets de raffinage ou biocarburants

Le PRESTATAIRE assurera la réalisation des tâches suivantes:

- Participer au concept et à l’architecture d’installations
- Préparer les simulations procédés (en général sous Aspen Hysys)
- Etablir des bilans Utilités
- Etablir les block flow diagrams de l’installation et établir les PFDs & UFDs
- Dimensionner des équipements et préparation des listes d’équipements
- Préparation de rapports d’études
- Coordonner et analyser les inputs/outputs vers les bailleurs de licence.
- Coordonner les informations techniques vers les autres disciplines impliquées en particulier estimation et installation.
- Possible encadrement d’un à quatre ingénieurs procédés junior en fonction du besoin des études (organisation du travail, connaissance du processus qualité, connaissances techniques suffisantes en procédés pour vérifier et approuver des délivrables process)

**COMPETENCES REQUISES**

Les études à la charge du PRESTATAIRE nécessitent les compétences suivantes:

- Maîtrise des spécificités du métier d’ingénieur procédés, avec une expérience typiquement de 5 à 10 ans en tant qu’ingénieur procédés en bureau d’études.
- Maitrise des outils de simulation de procédés et préparation des PFDs.
- Know-how des technologies et installations
- Connaissance techniques suffisantes en procédés pour vérifier et approuver des délivrables process.
- Maîtrise des codes applicables (API, AISC, etc.).
- Connaissance des logiciels de calcul de procédés comme Hysys et Fathom (calculs hydrauliques)
- Maitrise de la suite office (World / Excel / Power Point)
- Bon niveau d’anglais (parlé/lu/écrit)
- Gestion d’équipe et de la production de son périmètre
- Des connaissances en modèle financier et économiques (calcul d’OPEX, rentabilité, etc ) sont un plus pour la réalisation des taches du PRESTATAIRE.
