Pour une entreprise cliente en pleine expansion dans le secteur numérique, un poste de Project Manager est actuellement à pourvoir. Avec de nombreux projets en préparation pour développer le business en France et à létranger, et pour structurer en interne toute la partie produit, une personne capable de gérer et de suivre globalement ces initiatives est attendue. **Responsabilités**: - Gestion comptable et RH : Gestion des documents administratifs et de lassistante administrative, vision RH, et veille des compétences. - Customer success : Mise en place et suivi des demandes clients. - Office Management : Onboarding des nouveaux salariés. **Informations contractuelles**: Perspectives dévolution : Poste de COO Processus de recrutement: - Premier entretien avec la CEO. - Rencontre avec léquipe. - Intégration à léquipe. Hard skills : Optimisation des processus. Organisation, Pilotage, Suivi et Gestion de tous les projets internes et externes. Soft skills : Rigueur, organisation et priorisation. Forte capacité analytique et appétence pour les chiffres. Appétence pour la résolution de problèmes. Pragmatisme. Esprit "Just Do It" / "Get things done". Capacité à manager une équipe et à faire des feedbacks négatifs et positifs. Capacité d'écoute et aisance relationnelle. Expérience requise : 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire au sein d'une startup, scale-up ou encore legal tech, assurtech ou fintech. Maîtrise parfaite de l'orthographe et de la grammaire. Anglais : Lu, parlé, écrit. Localisation : résidence idéale en Savoie (73) ou en région Rhône-Alpes pour faciliter la communication avec l'équipe, mais le travail à distance complet est également envisageable.
