**Scope**

Attached to the head of indirect procurement in collaboration with the buyer's you will be responsible for promoting and control the procurement process and compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the key contact of the stakeholders
- Promote and control the procurement process and tools
- Follow the update of the P2P process and deploy it in Asia
- Manage the procurement tools (P2P, contracts management, RFQ tools, travel tools...)
- Track procurement KPI’s and reports for the function including,P2P compliances, budget follow-up, ESG scoring (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

**Skills**
- You have an experience in procurement support for 3 years including process management
- You have a strong Knowledge of P2P process and tools (ideally ivalua)
- You demonstrate a high level of competency within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

**Additional skills**
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility
- Strong team spirit, supportive of others’ contributions.
