**Your missions**

The **Supplier & Project Manager** will be responsible for finding the new suppliers of the company, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and cost efficiency. In addition, this role will oversee and coordinate internal development projects to ensure timely delivery, alignment with company objectives, and cross-department collaboration.

**Supplier Management**

Evaluate, select, and manage key suppliers to ensure optimal service quality and value.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and innovation in the supply chain.

Build strong, long-term partnerships with vendors aligned with company goals.

**Project Management**

Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal development projects from initiation to completion.

Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met.

Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage resources effectively.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management.

Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and systems that enhance operational efficiency.

**Your profile**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or project management (experience in a small-company environment is a plus).

Fluency in French and in English

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
