Reporting to Global Franchise Director the Zone Franchise Director is responsible for:
- Monitoring and reporting the reality of the market from the field to Corporate.
- Implementing Ceva’s Marketing and Commercial Strategy in Countries with a 3-5 Year Vision.
Missions are:
- Market Data Collection & Analysis / Market Information Generation:
- Monitor the sales of Ceva and Competitors, to observe the market dynamics and provide Business Intelligence and Competitive analysis.
- Track the evolution of the range, to obtain global information on the products and the ability to produce a 1-year vision
- Integrate development plans into the Subsidiaries' Action Plans.
- Vision and Lens Management:
- Align the vision between the company and the countries and propose action plans in line with the strategic ambitions of the region.
- Support countries in the analysis of their markets and the development of an action plan considering the market positioning in the medium and long term.
- Check the consistency of the annual objectives
- Work with Enterprise Franchise Managers and the Customer Excellence Team to provide guidance on segmentation, potential, and targeting in time for CRM updates and annual goal-setting processes.
- Identify and pursue growth corridors:
- Collects and analyzes data regarding major geographic products and/or potential projects, which could become strategic products.
- Collect customer needs and issues to prospect, identify/pursue growth corridors and challenge local teams on opportunities.
- Define and escalate business opportunities
- Build relationships with strategic and key accounts:
- Develop brand value and recognition, demonstrating accountability for the presentation of products and services to key opinion leaders and industry institutions.
- Conduct equipment and brand value surveys
- Ensure the proper training and development of KAM teams.
- Regularly review KA Business Plans and lead teams to bring value to customers in the different levels of the customer organization.
- Management of income statements / achievement of financial objectives
- Analyze the results and profitability of the subsidiaries, reviewing their objectives and Ceva's position in the market.
- Be responsible for the income statement of the franchise, within the Zone.
- Identify and quantify the potential growth turnover
- Communication
- Provide a consistent interface between the Zone, Corporate, Marketing and Subsidiaries.
- Communicate new product launches at regular franchise meetings.
- Lead and manage teams:
- Participate in the organization of resources, in line with area and business objectives.
- Align resources between major geographic and strategic products.
- Manage the execution of the business plan and the model in the various subsidiaries.
- Ensure adequate training and development of teams in Consultative Sales Skills (CSS) and provide the Franchise component of the workshop.
**Your profile**:
Graduated in veterinary medicine, marketing and/or business management, you have a confirmed local experience of at least 10 years + international exposure.
Technical skills:
- Vision and Approach Development: Advanced ability to define a 3-5 year business plan / Vision and prepare the organization for its successful implementation.
- Market knowledge and business acumen (global or local): Expert in understanding and describing market conditions at the global/area/local level.
- Networking and influencing skills: networking, influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders in the interest of Ceva
- Communication and presentation skills: highly demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, adapting to different audiences and situations as needed.
- Leadership and ability to convince build and lead a cross-functional team towards an aligned goal. Lead, motivate and support the team to achieve the deliverables of the project and Ceva's vision.
- English: fluent, like French ideally or professional level (international travel)
