**Your Future Team**
You will be part of the Data Team, which is vibrant and dynamic, focusing on aligning market insights with customer needs. This collaborative team works closely with various departments, including product and design, ensuring that all strategies are rooted in customer-centricity. The team thrives on communication and sharing of knowledge, making it an exciting place to learn and grow.
**Your Mission & Impact**
As a Customer & Market Research Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and managing qualitative or quantitative ad hoc surveys on diverse international topics, including setting up questionnaires and analyzing results to generate actionable insights for the business.
- Conducting comprehensive data analysis based on ManoMano's data from start to finish—this will involve data collection, cleaning, calculations, and visualization, focusing on topics such as brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and competition to extract Customer Experience insights to share with other teams, ultimately helping develop customer-centric strategies across the organization.

- Familiarity with market studies, research processes, interviews, and writing techniques.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
- Talent for analyzing results and extracting relevant insights.
- Bold and ingenious mindset with a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Structured in your work, naturally curious, and eager to learn.
- Autonomous and adaptable, comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in French (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Snowflake, Qlik, and Amplitude is a plus.
