**About the job**

As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience throughout their stay.
- Respond proactively to guest requests (reservations, cultural recommendations, transport, etc.), and follow up to ensure full satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver consistent and high-quality service across all touchpoints.
- Supervise night lobby staff, ensuring punctuality, presentation, and service quality meet our standards.
- Keep concierge tools up to date, including guest profiles, service requests, and relevant local information (events, restaurants, transportation...).
- Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and submit any new providers for approval by the Head Concierge.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel and the Left Bank, reflecting the elegance and cultural richness of our surroundings.

**As Night Concierge we expect from you**:

- Fluency in French and in English and also a third language
- A minimum of 2 years of experience at the same position within the luxury hospitality field
- Strong team spirit and good organizational skills
- Adaptable and detail-oriented, rigorous and attentive to quality
- Strong knowlegde of the neighbourhood and of Paris
