- Votre Rôle- Rattaché(e) au Responsable Trade Marketing Beauté, vous serez en charge d'un portefeuille de marques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Achats, Marketing et Vente.
- Vous aurez pour principales missions:
- Construire le plan d'animations commerciales annuel adapté aux différents formats de magasins, dans le respect des enjeux de rentabilité du secteur (marge & chiffre d'affaire),
- Commercialiser les plans d'animations auprès des différents partenaires et négocier les budgets de coopérations commerciales associés,
- Analyser et piloter la performance des opérations Trade (Business review, reporting, bilan des opérations) afin de formuler des recommandations / best practices à mettre en place,
- Promouvoir l'offre Beauté via des dispositifs innovants en cohérence avec les rythmes commerciaux de l'enseigne, l'actualité des marques et les priorités produits,.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre des animations commerciales et le suivi opérationnel en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes (Fournisseurs, Equipes Terrain, Approvisionneurs...),
- Développer des argumentaires et supports d'aide à la vente pour valoriser nos dispositifs Trade,
- Communiquer systématiquement les opérations et challenges à venir aux équipes terrain.
- Votre Profil- De formation supérieure en école de commerce ou université, vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative (2/3 ans) en Achats, Gestion commerciale/Category Management ou Marketing au sein d'une enseigne de distribution et avez une forte appétence Produit (Cosmétique, Food ou Grande consommation).
- Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous aurez toutes les capacités à convaincre et à impliquer les équipes en transverse dans les différents projets.
- Vos qualités de négociation, votre créativité, votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse seront des atouts indispensables pour ce poste.
- La maîtrise du Pack office est impérative.
- Vous avez un Anglais courant.
