LIGENTEC is a fast-growing European company with headquarter in Lausanne, Switzerland. Since 2021 we expanded our manufacturing capabilities by creating LIGENTEC France, in the South of Paris. We specialize in the design & manufacturing of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in high-tech areas such as Quantum Technologies, LiDAR, Space Technologies, and Biosensors.

LIGENTEC All-Nitride (AN) technology enables our customers to develop their products in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

**To support our continued growth, we are looking for a**:
Tape Out Manager

Tasks
- Perform mask assembly, mask data preparation and floor planning
- Support the customers for tape-out and design submission
- Interface with the mask house and partners on mask data preparation
- Develop and maintain the scripts needed for the data preparation flow (DRC, mask assembly, post layout scripting)
- Improve the data flow from layout to testing (post layout test extraction)
- Improve and develop layout verification and procedures (post layout verification and LVS protocols)
- Interface with the fabrication, process engineering and test teams
- Quality check fractured database with submitted layout for deviations
- Documentation and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree in relevant field
- Hands-on experience in mask data preparation
- Experience with Linux, Python and/or Ruby as a plus
- Photonics experience is a strong plus
- Experience with L-edit, Calibre, Synopsys - OptoDesigner and OptoCompiler is a plus
- Open minded, communicative, critical thinker.
- Result and solution oriented.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Working proficiency in English, French is an asset
