**-> Job description**: - Reporting to the Group Financial Control Vice President (based in Paris La Défense), your will play a key role as the group expert and coordinator for corporate finance matters, and notably: - Project the group’s capital structure and leverage ratios in numerous scenarios - Coordinate ad hoc financial projects at a corporate level with a high degree of complexity - Present conclusions to senior financial management and prepare clear presentation materials for ExCom, Strategy Committee and Board - Ensure a complete financial review of all M&A projects - structuring, accounting, valuation - and coordinate interactions between M&A and HO Finance teams - Define the optimal and most efficient capital structure of 500+ entities for the group - understand legal and financial constraints and propose arbitrages between equity and debt - Define and execute of dividend policy for 500+ group entities This pivotal rôle will lead you to work in close collaboration with the entire group finance network (head office and international teams). You will then build a real network on which you can rely to further evolve within the group. - **-> Experience**: - You have a master’s degree in Finance or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Corporate Finance - You have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in audit and corporate finance or Transaction Services within a top-tier audit and advisory firm or in a corporate finance department of an international company - You have a very strong accounting and finance expertise and all-round financial culture as well as strong analytical skills - You have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to evolve in an international and challenging environment. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and can handle several tasks with pragmatism and reactivity. - You have a strong team spirit, are open-minded - You are fluent in French and English
