Manager/Senior Manager Finance M&A - KPMG Deal Strategy 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview Direction of our clients (Corporates/ PEs/Assets in hypergrowth) notably in the following areas: Pre-Deal Advisory: SPA financial terms negotiation, Finance TSA negotiation in collaboration with lawyers, Finance function high level strategy (buy-side separation assessment, integration costs, synergies first financial assessment) Day 1 Preparation in the context of integration or separation identifying and monitoring proper execution all processes/Finance SI/Organization tasks 100 Days Plan execution, synergies tracking Finance Function Diagnosis for assets under LBOs: review processes, organization and SI Finance environment Exit Readiness strategy: assist the Finance Direction in preparing exit strategy in terms of Financial Vision/Data /Organization Responsibilities Lead financial due diligence and transaction support for high-growth clients. Design and execute 100‑Day Plans, track synergies, and ensure integration success. Diagnose finance functions in LBO assets, recommending process and system improvements. Prepare and present financial vision, data, and organisational strategy for exit readiness. Qualifications 5+ years of finance experience in a Big‑4, strategy firm, or corporate finance role. Strong knowledge of finance organization, processes, and SI Finance, demonstrated through advisory or CFO/Financial Controller experience. Hands‑on capability to dive into day‑to‑day operations, benchmark, and deliver concrete solutions. Strong analytical skills, appreciation of financial data, and understanding of business drivers. Deal environment knowledge highly recommended; comfortable working with banks, lawyers, C‑OF, and TS teams under tight deadlines. Management Skills Coach and motivate teams, providing regular feedback, career pathing, and knowledge sharing. Express viewpoints convincingly and bring forward day‑to‑day working partners. Business Development Skills Commercial/Business development: participate in go‑to‑market for Finance Center of Excellence, external branding, client conversion, pitch preparation, and revenue pipeline monitoring. Recruitment process: identify and manage potential candidates to grow the Finance Center of Excellence team, external recruitment/internal mobility. Work Environment Finance M&A is part of the KPMG Deal Strategy Group that assists our client COMEX in strategy definition and operational execution of deal transactions (acquisitions/carve‑outs).
