**Qui sommes-nous ?**
Helssy Hair est un **concept store** et une **boutique en ligne** dédiée aux cheveux texturés et aux soins capillaires naturels. Avec plus d’**1 million d’abonnés sur nos réseaux** et une communauté engagée, nous faisons bouger les codes du haircare en France.

Nous recherchons un.e **alternant.e créatif.ve, réactif.ve et passionné.e par la vidéo** pour rejoindre l’aventure et contribuer à faire décoller nos réseaux sociaux.

**Tes missions**

**Création & tournage**
- Suivre la cofondatrice dans son quotidien entrepreneurial et capter des moments forts (salon, boutique, events, coulisses ).
- Filmer du contenu brut (POV, vlogs, interviews, tutos, storytelling).
- Aider à scénariser les vidéos pour coller aux tendances TikTok / Reels.

**Montage & post-prod**
- Dérusher rapidement et monter des vidéos engageantes.
- Adapter le contenu aux différents formats (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
- Être force de proposition sur les transitions, effets, musiques et trends.

**Réseaux sociaux & stratégie**
- Participer à la mise en place du calendrier éditorial.
- Publier, interagir et contribuer à faire vivre la communauté.
- Suivre et adapter les **tendances social media** à l’univers Helssy Hair et au monde de l'entreprenariat.

**Veille & créativité**
- Observer ce qui marche ailleurs (influence, beauté, lifestyle, entreprenariat, empowerment féminin ).
- Proposer de nouvelles idées pour renforcer notre storytelling.

**Profil recherché**
- Étudiant.e en alternance en **communication, audiovisuel ou marketing digital**.
- À l’aise avec la **captation vidéo** (smartphone/pro caméra) et le **montage** (CapCut, Premiere, Canva ).
- Culture TikTok/Instagram + sens du détail esthétique.
- Réactivité, autonomie, créativité.
- Intérêt pour la beauté, l’entrepreneuriat et la création de contenu.

**Infos pratiques**

Poste basé à **Paris 9** (déplacements réguliers en idf).
Début : Oct 2025
Contrat : alternance
Outils : CapCut, Canva, Google Drive
