**Contexte**:
Nous recherchons un Service Delivery Manager Senior pour piloter la qualité de service et assurer la coordination entre la DSI, les métiers et les partenaires dans un contexte multi-prestataires.
**Missions**:
Garantir la qualité et la continuité des services IT sur un périmètre applicatif et/ou infrastructure.
Suivre les SLA et animer la gestion des incidents/problèmes majeurs.
Mettre en place et suivre les plans d?amélioration continue.
Piloter les relations opérationnelles avec les clients internes et les fournisseurs.
Produire et présenter les reportings réguliers de performance et de disponibilité.
Contribuer à la standardisation des processus ITSM (basés ITIL).
5 à 10 ans d?expérience en gestion de services IT ou pilotage de production.
Très bonne maîtrise des pratiques ITIL, de la gestion des SLA et des incidents/problèmes.
Capacité à animer des comités, à coordonner plusieurs équipes et à challenger les prestataires.
Aisance relationnelle et forte orientation client.
Anglais professionnel.
