**The opportunity**

As the Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Tendering Manager, your main job will be to create clear and competitive cost estimates for our projects. You will follow our company’s guidelines for site management, temporary facilities, civil works, installation, and commissioning. You’ll work closely with our internal team and, when needed, with potential subcontractors and partners. Your tasks will include preparing reliable information that is easy to understand and well-organized.

It’s important to submit the completed tender to the Bids & Proposals/Sales Department on time, helping us stay competitive in the market.

**How you will make an impact**
- Prepare and accurate, competitive and coherent Construction and Commissioning scope and budget Represent C&C in the Tender meetings and in Subcontractor/Partners selections/discussions
- Make sure that Customer, Company and country specific requirements are considered
- Develop all needed documents to ensure Customer’s understanding of the scope and conditions
- Keep C&C management updated throughout the tender phase, leading Constructability sessions, presenting the strategy and budgets
- Adhere to the available Processes and be proactive in regard to possible improvements

**Your background**
- Experience working with site related activities, such as: civil construction, building systems, installation, project management, planning, estimations, quantity surveying
- Bachelor’s degree within engineering
- You have good knowledge with Microsoft tools, plus if you have experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud ACC and 3D-modelling
- As a person you are committed, and respect deadlines
- As part of a company operating on a global scale, proficiency in English is required
