**Responsibilities**:

- Identify client objectives and design, document and implement data acquisition and SCADA platforms
- Perform and document tests, including test benches, FAT and
- Support the continuous development of the Control Maestro SCADA platform
- Provide pre-sales support and ensure receipt forms are completed
- Develop, integrate and update new processes, products and
- Collaborate with R&D to support customer project integration/development and testing.
- Provide appropriate and timely technical advice on SCADA and control issues
- Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and work with R&D to resolve Level 4 issues.

**Technical knowledge**:

- Industrial SCADA platforms, including Control Maestro& Wizcon
- Knowledge of the following protocols: Modbus (Nbus, Cbus,), DNP3, OPC, BacNet, FTP.
- Knowledge of SQL and historization systems
- Knowledge and experience of the world of automation, programmable logic controllers including the Wago platform.
- Understanding of the following programming languages: Python, C#, Java, BASIC, IEC-61131 ST
- Experience integrating hardware and Tier 2/3 network topologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and requirements
- Proven experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting closed-loop control systems. Understanding of various control architectures, such as PID, table search, feed-forward. Experience in the systematic development of complex control systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor+3 in a related field of engineering and/or at least 5 years of experience in a related field or field
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-SME individuals.
- Must be able to work in a team, be a good auditor and be able to understand and solve customer problems
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
