**Mission**:

- The Equity Market Neutral Business Unit manages the Candriam Equity Market Neutral and Candriam Index Arbitrage funds. Launched in 2003, these two funds are among the largest long short Equity Market Neutral funds in Europe.
- The Equity Market Neutral team is made up of four Fund Managers. We are seeking a full-time Fund Manager to work closely with the existing team, contributing to day-to-day operations, investment research, and ongoing innovation.

**Responsabilities**:

- Under the supervision of the Head of Equity Market Neutral, the Fund Manager will:

- Actively participate to the day to day management of the funds.
- Assist in identifying investment opportunities within equity market-neutral strategies.
- Help refine existing models and approaches.
- Conduct backtesting and analysis of strategy performance.

**Profile**:
Master's degree from a business school, university or engineering school.

Strong statistical and econometric skills.
Understanding of financial statements, valuation ratios, and business models.
Keen interest in economically-sound strategy development.
Proficiency in Python.
Deep Understanding of investment management and financial markets.
Organized, methodical, and ability to work independently.
Great communication and teamwork abilities.
3+ years of experience in equity strategies.
