We are currently looking for a **Coordinator Recruitment Administration **to support our client's team in **Paris**.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Overseeing and managing scheduling requests at various levels of complexity
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports when required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Around 2 years of experience in recruitment administration area (ideally have experience in interview scheduling process).
- Strong customer focus, pro-active and positive approach.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually.
- Fluency in **English **and** French** -both verbal and written
