Démarrage : mi-décembre Durée: > 12 mois. Localisation : Argenteuil Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine **Contexte**: Programme autour de l'implémentation de Phénom (outil RH pour l'acquisition de talents) Ils recherchent un chef de produit dédié au Talent Aquisition. **Mission**: - Fournir des solutions de capacité d'entreprise - Mise en œuvre du système Phénom - Recommandation des meilleures solutions - Gestion et respect des budgets - Estimation du travail : doit gérer les ressources dont il a besoin en fonction du budget. - Gestion des parties prenantes - Devra défier la profession/les équipes diverses - Gestion d'une personne technique **Compétences requises**: - Minimum 10 ans d'expérience, y compris en RH - Connaissance du domaine du recrutement - Maîtrise de SuccessFactors - Formation informatique et technique - A l'aise avec les interfaces et la technologie - Anglais - 3 jours sur site à Paris mais peut être réduit pour le bon profil **Équipe**: Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de 4 personnes 1 d'entre eux est dédié au Successfactors et à l'éditeur (temps plein) **Compétences générales**: Excellente communication Bien organisé Peut simplifier les processus Expérience en système d’information Intéressé ? n’hésitez pas à me contacter au +33677716508 Helder Morgado Partner Manager - +33 1 81 93 90 94
