- Head office in Paris- 6 European API production sites located in Brindisi (Italy), Frankfurt (Germany), Haverhill (UK), St Aubin les Elbeuf (France), Budapest (Hungary) and Vertolaye (France).- Sales and CDMO teams present in 11 countries to cover our customers in 80 countries.
We are offering the opportunity to join the ITS team as an ITS CRM & Sales Expert on a permanent contract in our Paris head office.
Reporting to the Head of ITS Corporate Functions, you will drive the design, build and lifecycle of global end-to-end Commercial and Sales solutions as well as operational excellence to meet business needs in an operational and financially efficient manner. You will guarantee and promote the right usage of ITS Processes, Applications and Infrastructure environments, as well as leverage on ITS Portfolio the Detail Design document, catalogue of services and existing building blocks, in close collaboration with Business Process Owners and other ITS Business & Process Analysts.
As a IT Services CRM & Sales Expert, your main responsibilities will be:
User Support-
- Answer to support requests and resolve issues related to the use of the platforms- Monitor and efficiently manage the Service Now queue (IT ticketing tool) for all assigned cases
Management of the Platforms- Administer users, profiles and roles- Manage permissions and access to ensure users have appropriate rights- Configure and deploy reports and dashboards following global and local business requirements-
- Manage releases
Interactions with the integrators- Serve as the main point of contact between business users and the integrators- Qualify enhancement requests with the business stakeholders and produce a user story or functional specification for the integrator- Qualify the incidents, resolve them or transmit them to the integrators- Collaborate with the integrators to ensure effective technical and functional maintenance of the platform
Training and Documentation-
Continuous Improvement- Analyze the use of the platform and identify opportunities for improvement- Provide technical leadership during the full lifecycle and ensure adoption and adequate uses of the solution.- Participate in projects to integrate new features in collaboration with the integrators, users and peers (Enterprise Architects, other solution architects, technical architects ) to review solution design and/or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with company standards
Good Manufacturing / Distribution Practices- Responsible to perform the Mission Activities according to- GMP part II: Basic Requirements for Active Substances used as Starting Materials- Good Distribution Practices of active substances- Regulation on Narcotics and Psychotropics
Our requirements:
Education / Experience:
- Degree in computer science- A good experience as a Salesforce administrator.- A strong experience about implementation, support/maintenance, enhancement of Salesforce
Technical skills & Competencies / Language:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (ADM 201 / ADX 201)- A good understanding of commercial & sales processes- A Knowledge of digital solution such as ESKER Order Management or TUNGTEN is a plus- Fluency in both French and English (both written and spoken)
Behavioral Competencies:
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities- An excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
