- Aider les propriétaires à transformer un bien commercial pour le louer en Airbnb toute l’année;
- Acheter ou Vendre des Airbnb
- Gérer un parc d'airbnb

**Descriptif du poste**

Nous te proposons de travailler pour nous en tant que Business Developer Representative et gestionnaire locatif, de te former aux meilleures techniques de prospection/vente et de te mettre en avant auprès de différents acteurs de l’immobilier et de la location saisonnière.

Le poste est proposé en autoentrepreneur uniquement.

**Profil recherché**

Tu as une première expérience Sales et tu es très motivé pour rejoindre une start-up. Tes amis et tes collègues ne tarissent pas d’éloge sur toi..
Tu es francophone et tu parles anglais couramment. Tu es sur Paris.
Tu es au bon endroit

NB : La suite est en anglais (parce que c’est plus tendance)

Your missions
- Use our tools to establish lists of targeted prospects.
- Work closely with the BDR team and uncover best practices.
- Analyze your performance to hone your sales pitch and prospection campaigns.
- Align with our Sales Closers to understand their needs and adapt your pitch.
- Ability to sell in English and in at least one other European language.

Preferred experience
- You have at least one first experience as BDR / SDR or a sales successful position.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You have an excellent level of English both written and spoken.
- You are passionate about human contact and you enjoy bringing value to your prospects.
- You are persevering and autonomous.
- You have an interest in Real Estate and Airbnbs
- You enjoy speaking on the phone, are empathetic and your friends call you a great listener
