R.J. O'Brien & Associates LLC is the oldest and largest independent futures brokerage and clearing firm in the United States. Our Paris office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Delta One/Equity Financing Broker.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Client Relationship Management**:Build, manage, and grow relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored solutions and ensuring excellent client service.
- ** Trade Execution**:Execute equity derivative trades with precision, focusing on Delta One and equity financing strategies.
- ** Market Expertise**:Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- ** Business Development**:Identify and onboard new clients, leveraging your network and expertise to expand our market footprint.
- ** Strategy Implementation**:Collaborate with the team to implement innovative trading strategies and solutions that align with client goals and market conditions.
- ** Process Optimization**:Use your technical expertise to enhance trading processes, including automation and reporting tools, to improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **
Experience**:At least 2-3 years of experience in a brokerage role, with a focus on Delta One products (e.g., TRFs, Rolls, Divs, Cash closes) and/or equity financing (e.g., TRS, SBL, Repo).
- ** Technical Proficiency**:Strong knowledge of equity derivatives and financing products.
- ** Analytical Skills**:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of market mechanics and risk management.
- ** Client Focus**:Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value-added services.
- ** Communication Skills**:Fluent in English (French is a plus), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Team Player**:Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
