**Om tjänsten**
Bahnhof har en stor och erfaren försäljningsavdelning som du kommer att bli en del av. Som **Sales Operations Manager** kommer du att stödja försäljningsteamet med att:
- ta fram och sammanställa data för försäljningsrapporter.
- sammanställa och analysera försäljningsrapporter.
- beställa och hantera listor för kampanjer och marknadsföringsinsatser.
- assistera med att förbereda presentationer och dokumentation för försäljningsmöten.
- hantera och uppdatera kund
- och försäljningsdatabaser.
- koordinera och följa upp administrativa processer och rutiner.
Rollen erbjuder dig fantastiska möjligheter för att lära dig försäljningsprocesser, dataanalys och affärsstrategi, lärdomar du har nytta av både privat och i din karriärsutveckling.
**Kunskap och utbildning**
Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete, gärna inom försäljning eller marknadsföring. Du har även goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, särskilt Excel och gillar att statistik och uppföljning.
Vi tror att du även har följande egenskaper och du därmed kommer att trivas hos oss.
- Förmåga att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt och arbeta självständigt.
- Utmärkta organisatoriska färdigheter och uppmärksamhet på detaljer.
- Stark kommunikativ förmåga, både muntligt och skriftligt.
- Erfarenhet av CRM-system är meriterande.
**Placering**
Du kommer att jobba på vårt centrala kontor i Stockholm.
**Omfattning**
Heltidstjänst som inleds med en 6 månader provanställning.
