**Job description**

We’re looking for a **passionate** marketer willing to contribute to creating the most valuable software tools and resources.

As a Digital Manager, you’ll be a key asset in specific projects related to content, distribution, and personal brand. Expect to work on different projects including these topics and switch from one to another based on needs.

At lempire, we’re growing extremely fast, so we’re looking for people who are capable of showing ownership and have a growth mindset to be able to grow at the same speed as the company.

**Responsibilities**

→ work on our masterclasses strategy, focusing on content and distribution
→ come up with creative ways to drive more people to our resources and websites
→ work closely with other Marketing members to scale the impact
→ build a solid personal brand
→ proactively share ideas and best practices to find new and better ways to contribute to company growth

**Preferred experience**
- You have 2-5 years of experience in a Marketing position
- You can map out a top notch content strategy and drive at have an idea of how you can drive at least 100,000 traffic on the website
- You are good at writing and copywriting (English) is your strength
- A plus if you know our stack: Customer.io, lemlist, Webflow, Figma
- You’re rigorous and creative. You like having ideas, seeing them through, and measuring their impact.
- You have high ambitions and are hungry to learn
- You are a master of execution: you execute fast and well
- You are not afraid of working on new things and taking risks
- You’re a great communicator and completely bilingual (in English)
