CBRE seeks a dynamic Senior Project Coordinator in France to support high-impact real estate/capital projects for a world-renowned pharmaceutical & healthcare client. Work in a supportive team, be exposed to high value projects (€500K-€50M), and champion cutting-edge workplace environments.

**About the Role**:
As a CBRE Construction Project Management Sr. Coordinator, you will assist the team with advanced administrative

tasks related to construction projects.

This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate the outreach to all third-party vendors. This includes Electricians, HVAC, Plumbers, etc.
- Work with the Health, Environmental, and Safety teams to implement high-impact processes throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Understand and follow company operating procedures. Alert management of any wrongdoings.
- Create weekly project status reports and present them to Sr. management for review.
- Collect receipts of work files, draw up reservations, and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with conducting security audits.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in a similar role. 4 plus years
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
