BlaBlaCar Daily is a team of 20 people developing a new carpool service, daily and short distance based, in France. Our app is already used by 3+ millions people in France and our ambition is to be the French leader in short-distance carpooling and create a real daily usage among millions of people and bring solutions to limit the number of people going to work by car just by themselves. We are looking for a B2G Partnerships Manager to join the BlaBlaCar Daily team. Your mission is to explain our product & offers on daily carpooling to French local administration. Your role will be to manage the entire cycle from finding potential interests to securing deals & managing the following relationship. You will be the focal point for local administration wishing to develop carpooling for their inhabitants and helping them implement solutions.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Present our product and offers & understand your counterpart's needs to suggest appropriate services & partnerships
- Convince different stakeholders, build relationships, negotiate and close your deals, including the contractual part.
- Once the deal is signed you will ensure that it’s properly implemented.
- Then you will ensure satisfaction by regular follow-ups and by building long term trust relationships.
- We expect you to monitor the results and advise our partners on any useful action for them, in line with their organization, and answer their questions and requests
- Report to the General Manager on results, and share your learnings and ideas with the rest of the team

**Your Qualifications**
- At least one experience in account management, customer success or involving public administration field
- Degree in Political Sciences or Business Administration
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to create impactful presentations & documents
- Ability to convince and build strong relationships with partners
- You are very organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
- You are naturally positive, energetic & motivated
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) and full professional proficiency in English
- Proficient Microsoft suite
