**We are looking for a Talent & Organization Development Apprentice to join our team**
Our **Seating** team is looking for a** Talent & Organization Development **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
As a world leader in automotive seating, together with 42,540 employees we provide innovative solutions to optimize the safety, comfort and wellbeing of occupants and eco-designed for customization and premium quality.
We are looking for a passionate driver with a proactive attitude and desire to make a positive impact on our employees’ experience and development to join our team and support the Talent Development & HR Transformation processes within Seating.
**You will be working on challenges that matter**
Your missions:
**Main responsibilities**
- Build, maintain and coordinate the training activities for Seating Divisions. You will be responsible for understanding the training needs, ensuring timely update of the trainings and communication.
- Coordinate and manage training processes to ensure smooth process, from communication to registration
- You will work closely with Division Talent Coordinators on employee development topics and steps
- You will explore and support different topics related to HR Transformation & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives (30%)
**What if it were you?**
- You are obtaining a master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
- You are curious, creative and results-oriented
- English is mandatory
- Knowledge of the Office package - Excel & PowerPoint
