**Sweep is hiring a People Operations & AI Automation Intern** (6-month Master's level internship) to join our People team and help us revolutionize our internal processes through AI-powered automation.**:
You'll work directly with our **Senior Employee Experience Manager** to design and implement automated workflows that enhance the employee experience at Sweep.

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
As a key contributor to our People team, you will leverage our internal AI tools to streamline and automate critical workplace and employee experience processes.

**1. Design and implement automated processes**

- Build and deploy AI-powered onboarding workflows to ensure new joiners have a seamless experience from day one

- Create automated offboarding processes that maintain continuity and capture valuable knowledge

- Develop smart templates for recurring People Operations tasks and communications

**2. Optimize the employee experience**

- Map current processes and identify automation opportunities

- Collaborate with team members across departments to understand their needs

- Test and iterate on solutions based on user feedback

- Document processes and create user guides for the tools you build

**3. Drive innovation in People Operations**

- Propose and implement improvements to existing workflows

- Stay current with best practices in HR tech and automation

- Contribute fresh perspectives to how we scale our employee experience

**4. Collaborate and learn**

- Work closely with the Senior Employee Experience Manager and the broader People team

- Partner with other teams (HR, Recruitment, IT...) to ensure automation aligns with business needs

- Present your projects and learnings to stakeholders

- Contribute to Sweep's mission of building an exceptional workplace

- Learn how to run a Workplace team & help on Workplace operation tasks (interaction with employees, event follow ups..)

**Qualifications**

- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (HR, Business, Engineering, or related field)

- Available for a 6-month internship

- Strong interest in AI and process optimization

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Analytical mindset with ability to translate needs into solutions

- You speak English fluently, French is a plus

- You know your way around the Google suite & Mac environment

**Bonuses**

- Previous experience or coursework in HR, Program Management, or organizational development

- Familiarity with automation tools, workflow design, or no-code platforms

- Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies

- Interest in sustainability and climate tech
