This opportunity is **open to French professionals looking to relocate to New York.**

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Create Project Plans for prioritized projects
- Create & Deliver regular status reports to management
- Track project Risks & Issues
- Manage project budget versus actual spend
- Coordinate Test planning & execution
- Plan Implementation Tasks
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for visibility on progress, risks, and issues.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks with effective mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications** Required**:

- minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity platforms, and payment systems is mandatory (e.g., Connexis Cash, SWIFT Net).
- IT Governance Specialist: at least 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks.
- Cash Management Specialist: at least 5+ years of experience in cash management and payments, with knowledge of relevant platforms and systems.
- General banking knowledge, general IT knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication for delivering status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Consulting experience

The salary range for this role is US$110,000 - US$160,000.
