The Senior Product Manager will regularly analyze market and competitive conditions to lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. You will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds. You should be a leader who is passionate about delivering a product that customers love and be a great communicator who can intelligently navigate and positively influence stakeholders at the peer and executive level.
What You’ll Do:
About Discovery:
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs and evaluate product value.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on market requirements, user feedback and business objectives.
- Establish a clear roadmap for the development and management of the product.
- Define a strategic vision for our products, taking into account user needs and business objectives.
About Delivery:
- Collaborate closely with development, design and marketing teams to ensure exceptional user experience and successful features.
- Keep product backlogs groomed with changing priorities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build trust and align expectations and gain their support.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities demonstrating a deep understanding of the problems being solved and what the market needs.
Must have
- Proven experience in product management practices (being comfortable with interviews and data analysis, being customer and outcome oriented.)
- Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively manage resources and meet deadlines and budgets.
- Creative, forward and international thinking
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a B2B software company, preferably with enterprise customers
- Ideally 4+ years in Product Management with experience working in agile software development
- Ability to Travel Internationally
