Head of Europe & Africa - Global Sales and Marketing

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as individual sales executive and leader of sales team
- Proven account manager who can represent IBS across accounts and owns the relationship with accounts. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience of SaaS sales into the Airline industry
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to contracting
- Proven ability to position products based on value proposition
- Excellent negotiations skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with senior executives
- Experience of working with globally distributed teams

**Responsibilities**
- A primary sales focus on airlines, but responsibilities may also extend to other industry verticals of IBS: Hotel, Energy & Renewables, Cruise, consulting services and other engagements.
- Management of the range of sales types: new deals, upsell, cross sell and renewals.
- Define and execute plans to expand the customer base for IBS products in the allocated markets of western Europe.
- Work closely with IBS product teams to have adequate awareness of products and provide inputs that will enhance the product vision
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Meet the targets for the geography in line with the overall plan for IBS

**Experience**
- 10+ years' experience in sales and business development within software product firms serving the Aviation Sector in western Europe

**Other skills and competencies**
- Working languages are English with excellent French needed
