**About the Company**
A leading global automotive manufacturer is currently expanding globally. They are planning to launch the brand in France this year and are looking for a Sales Strategy Manager.

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for the following:
Commercial Policy Development
Design and manage monthly and quarterly commercial offers, including tactical discounts, financing schemes, and bonus structures.
Align commercial actions with brand positioning, sales targets, and market dynamics.

Sales Incentive Management
Define and calculate incentive schemes for dealers and internal sales teams.
Monitor incentive performance, ensure budget control, and adjust programs based on results.
Collaborate with Finance to validate incentive budgets and cost simulations.

Communication and Sales Documentation
Draft and distribute clear and comprehensive commercial communication letters to the dealer network.
Ensure all sales teams are informed of ongoing actions, eligibility criteria, and operational processes.

Promotion Planning & Execution
Coordinate the launch and follow-up of sales promotions across all channels and regions.
Work with regional sales teams to adapt central actions to local market needs.
Track promotional KPIs and generate performance reports for management.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and IT departments to ensure smooth deployment and compliance of all sales promotions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial tools and processes.

Pay: 50,000.00€ - 130,000.00€ per month
