**Finalité de la fonction**:
Le-la Purchasing and Operations Coordinator devra négocier et acheter les prestations destinées à notre clientèle de professionnels sur les événements de sa zone géographique.

En lien direct avec un large panel de fournisseurs (hébergement, transport, autres services divers...), il-elle sera référent-e de plusieurs destinations dans lesquelles il-elle devra développer et entretenir la relation fournisseurs. Il-elle aura la mission de négocier les meilleurs conditions possibles, d’organiser, de coordonner et suivre le bon déroulement des prestations pendant les événements sur lesquels il-elle sera amené-e à se déplacer régulièrement. Garant-e de la bonne réalisation des prestations, il-elle devra faire preuve d’un grand sens du service, d’une gestion administrative rigoureuse, d’une très bonne organisation de travail et de qualités relationnelles lui permettant de tisser des liens de confiance avec son eco-système.

Déterminé-e à s’impliquer durant les évènements, à être disponible et réactif-ve, il-elle est la clé de voûte d’une expérience réussie pour nos clients.

**Missions et tâches Principales (non-exhaustives)**:

- Entretenir une relation fournisseur positive et compétitive
- Négocier les achats auprès de chaque fournisseur
- Suivre et respecter la politique achat
- Organiser, coordonner et suivre la mise en place des opérations
- Garantir l’excellence opérationnelle, anticiper et gérer les risques
- Prospecter de nouveaux fournisseurs/partenaires
- Gérer l’administration des achats (respect des deadlines, contrôle factures, paiements...)
- Utiliser les outils liés à la production mis à disposition par l’entreprise
- Garantir le respect des chartes et engagements d’entreprise sur les plans éthiques, sociétaux et environnementaux au sein des opérations concernant son portefeuille et ses opérations

**Profil Recherché**:

- Anglais courant impératif, maitrise d’une 2nde langue étrangère appréciée (l'allemand est un plus)
- A l’aise avec la négociation commerciale dans le cadre d’achat de prestation de services
- Rigoureux-se/ organisée-e
- Dynamique, pro-actif-ve avec un fort sens de l’engagement
- Qualités à communiquer / Aisance relationnelle
- Sensibilité au monde du sport mécanique souhaitable
- Conscient-e des enjeux environnementaux autour des grands évènements sportifs
- Excellente maitrise du pack office (Excel notamment)

**Expérience souhaitée**:
Le recrutement se fera sur des critères d’expérience significatives (Stage, alternance ou première expérience professionnelle) dans le domaine des achats, de l’évènementiel ou de la gestion de projet)

**Rémunération**:
Package : selon profil et expérience (Salaire fixe + variable) + Intéressement + Tickets restaurant
