Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our PQP Product Line portfolio's growth. This role involves meeting orders, contribution margins, and sales targets by closely collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and promote the value proposition of our PQP products and solutions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Achieve order targets and operating margins in Nordics and Central Europe.
- Support Air Core Reactors sales and technical qualifications in other territories.
- Collaborate with GE Vernova & Grid Solutions sales teams to maximize market share.
- Develop customer accounts and identify opportunities for PQP products.
- Formulate market strategies and NPI proposals based on customer needs and trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions at proposal and negotiation stages (ITO).
- Assist project managers during the execution phase (OTR).
- Create forecasts using SPEAK, manage monthly and quarterly orders estimates.
- Maintain high Say/Do Ratio on activities, measured by agreed time/quantity/quality metrics.
- Build strategic relationships in the deregulated power market.
- Lead matrixed teams to scope, negotiate, and deliver solutions to customers.
- Adapt to new challenges and anticipate future trends and consequences.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Extensive sales experience in the T&D industry.
- Strong technical/commercial background in selling Power Quality Products.
- Experience with HV/MV/LV electrical equipment and solutions.
- Proven sales experience in domestic and export markets.
- Proficiency in Databases and Customer Relationship Management Systems (SFDC).
- Knowledge of GS portfolio for integrated solutions.
- Willingness to travel within assigned and other regions.
- Ability to work with team members across different time zones.
- Deep understanding of Power & Renewable, T&D, and Industrial segments.

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience with Power Quality Products like capacitors and air core reactors.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and team selling environment.
- Understanding industry trends and compliance-driven mandates.
- Proven ability to influence client business strategy and technology investment priorities.
- Experience in selling complex, integrated business solutions.
- Track record of meeting sales quotas and managing forecasts.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
