We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and team management, capable of guiding and developing our Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to maximize our growth. You will play a central role in supporting our rapid expansion while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.
Your Responsibilities:1. Revenue GrowthSales strategy development: Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth by optimizing the performance of SDRs and AEs.
Sales performance monitoring: Track team performance using precise KPIs (conversion rates, sales cycle, lead volume, etc.) and take action to meet or exceed targets.
Inbound sales optimization: Lead efforts to convert high-volume inbound leads into sales, ensuring SDRs and AEs are equipped to handle an average of 70+ sales and 400+ calls per month.
Sales process optimization: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process, ensuring the team maintains an effective and streamlined sales pipeline with a close collaboration with Ops and Growth teams.
CRM and tools utilization: Ensure full utilization of CRM and other sales tools to automate repetitive tasks, maximizing time spent on high-value sales activities.
Productivity KPIs: Set and monitor productivity metrics for each team member to ensure maximum performance, particularly in managing high-volume inbound leads.
Integrating AI into Sales: Leverage AI to enhance sales processes, improving lead qualification, conversion, and sales acceleration.
Leadership and coaching: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of SDRs and AEs, ensuring their professional development and skill enhancement.
Recruitment and onboarding: Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into a high-performance environment.
Performance and collaboration culture: Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and sharing best practices within the team.
Sales experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong background in B2B or B2C sales and team management, ideally in a short-cycle environment such as SaaS, technology, or real estate.
Team management: Proven experience in managing and coaching sales teams (SDRs and/or AEs), with measurable results in terms of performance and revenue generation.
Sales strategy expertise: Comfortable developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, and proficient in performance analysis.
Excellent communication: Strong communication skills both internally and externally, with the ability to present complex strategies clearly to various stakeholders.
Data-oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on KPIs and sales performance metrics.
CRM mastery: Practical experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, to manage sales processes and performance tracking.
Leadership and motivation: Inspiring leader who can motivate and guide the team towards success while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Adaptability and agility: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adapt to market changes and shifting priorities.
Strategic vision: Ability to define ambitious goals and lead the team with actionable plans to achieve them.
Team player: Value teamwork and collective success over individual performance.
Phone Interview: A first conversation to discuss your background and motivations.
Sales, Team Management, and KPI Assessment: Evaluation of your sales and leadership experience, including how you manage teams and performance.
Technical and Strategic Interview: A case study or practical exercise, where you'll be asked to solve a real-world challenge to assess your strategic and operational approach.
Final Interview: A conversation with the founders and leadership team to confirm cultural and strategic alignment.
