Dataiku is looking for a CSR Intern to join our CSR team. As part of the Culture team, you will be a spokesperson for our company’s values and visions.

The CSR team is responsible for ensuring that sustainability is at the heart of our company culture by enabling everyone’s understanding and engagement with the issues at stake. By reporting to the CSR Coordinator, you will support the implementation of Dataiku’s CSR Programs. The position requires a combination of project management and technical skills in a very dynamic environment.

**Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- **(50%) Contribute to our climate & environmental activities**
- Coordinate our Climate Ambassador Program
- Contribute to carbon footprint measurement: collect data from different teams to complete carbon footprint measurement
- Support the coordination of the Climate Ambassador Program globally: act as a point of contact with the Climate Ambassadors, raise employee awareness on sustainability topics, and engage them in the program
- **(25%) Support CSR Key Projects**
- Prepare support for CSR Project Management
- Conduct research and market watch on best practices, regulations, trends
- Gather CSR milestones and achievements from across the business globally
- **(25%) Support ESG Reporting**
- Structure reporting framework and process for data collection
- Act as the Sales team’s go-to information point of contact for the completion of clients’ Requests for Information (“RFI” or “RFP”) on ESG topics
- Work with Dataiku’s CSR Coordinator on the production/updates of Dataiku’s CSR policies and corresponding action plans (drafting, stakeholder sign-off, communications, implementation )

- Organized, analytical, and a results-driven mindset
- High-level communication skills
- Ease to work autonomously and proactively
- Project Management Experience
- CSR and/or AI for good Knowledge
- Advanced level in English
- Experience working with international teams
