**Within the EMEA Omnichannel Department, the Retail Training Assistant will ensure that premium service will be delivered at all point-of-sale touch points, with the aim of increasing net sales, conversion and customer loyalty, thereby building a strong brand image.**
**Our future assistant will support the Retail Training team with the design, maintenance and delivery of highly professional, engaging training content and programs on a variety of complex topics.**

**Your main missions will be**:

- **
Contribute to the design of relevant training content** (for webinars, retail summits, eLearnings) in the form of online modules, videos, manuals, downloadable reference guides, quizzes, practical exercises, etc. **working in close collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts** (Talent Acquisition Team, District Managers, Learning & Development Team, Content Factory, Retail Operations team).
- ** Actively participate in the delivery of training** (onboarding of new teams, in-store training sessions, webinars, monthly training calls).
- ** Contribute to the organisation of internal training events** involving a large group of global participants (e.g., Talent program, Global Training Camp, Retail Summit).
- ** Monitoring and tracking the store of training materials** for participants. **Organise and structure digital training materials** through SharePoint and Teams folders.
- ** Monitor training participation and completion** (in-store, webinars, eLearnings), and is responsible for maintaining the training dashboard and reporting back to the DMs and SMs.
- ** Create and share surveys** to collect training needs analysis or feedback from participants.
- ** Contribute to the creation and shipment of the training toolbox**to animate store activities.
- ** Contribute to writing and publishing the training newsletter**on a monthly basis, by connecting with all relevant stakeholders (Store Managers, District Managers, D2C Leaders, etc.).
- ** Maintain the Training Dashboard to analyse business figures and feedback** in close collaboration with the Retail Ops team to measure the impact of training initiatives.
- ** Drive the engagement of the training community** (in-store Training Referents, Local Training Managers, Customer Service).

**Qualifications**
**Skills**:

- ** Foreign languages**:English fluent, French is a plus
- ** Computer skills**:Office PowerPoint and Excel
- ** Education**: Human resources or marketing master’s degree.
