YOUR MISSIONS... **Back Office**: - Creating project/brand records in the Salesforce CAPEX tool - Monitoring project budgets - Tracking project schedules/timelines - Monitoring supplier invoicing - Supplier onboarding/referencing **Project Coordination**: - MCAPEX Budget Monitoring (tracking and analysis of Budget Prep Y+1, Q3, Q5, Q9 Trend) - Organizing shop photoshoot - Supplier briefing - Compiling internal (team and marketing and external documents) - Populating/Updating the database YOU ARE - A BAC +2/3 student - DUT, BTS or Business School with a finance background Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either - A creative entrepreneur: courageous and adventurous.
