The Offshore remote operations center coordinator will be the responsible of the remote operations of the Remote Operation Centre during the office hours. He will manage the ROC operators and will be the main contact point for the technical back offices (Engineering Department and Technical support dept), for the site leaders.

She/He will carry-out remote trouble shooting further to an unsuccessful fault management done by ROC operators.

She/He will report to the ROC manager.

The Offshore remote operations center coordinator will work closely with the ROC operators that are working on 24/7 rhythm and will be the preferred contact point for the site leaders and technical back offices.

**The Offshore remote operations center coordinator is expected**:

- To provide daily site status with trouble shootings on-going.
- To participate to the daily site coordination meeting.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and provide real time technical support for site interventions, using SCADA, WEC controller, WebHMI.
- Manage the remote deployments of software and maintain the software configuration file.
- Conduct remote validation test, on demand, for any new improvement.
- Manage the planned/unplanned grid outage with the Client and or the Grid operator
- Update KPI that will characterize the effectiveness of the actions done by the ROC team.
- The ROC coordinator must be willing to move on some occasions. This job opportunity is located in France (Nantes), within our offices.

**In addition**:

- Coordinates the ROC operator team with the ROC manager.
- Inform/ train the ROC operator team on the new fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Works closely with Engineering and FRO technical support team, to prepare/ improve the fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Works closely with control system engineer to improve the WebHMI used by the Remote Operation Centre and field teams.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Marine or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Recommended 3 years of professional technical experience.
- Recommended 3 years of technical experience in Offshore/Marine wind turbine operation function.

- A good base of Wind Turbine Generator is essential (a mix of mechanical and electrical experience is desirable).
- A first field experience will be appreciated.

Le/La Coordinateur(trice) ROC travaille en étroite collaboration avec les opérateurs ROC qui interviennent 24 h/24, 7 jours/7 et joue le rôle de contact privilégié pour les responsables de site et les back-offices techniques.

**Les principales responsabilités du/de la Coordinateur(trice) ROC sont les suivantes**:

- Communiquer au quotidien le statut du site avec des dépannages en cours
- Participer à la réunion de coordination quotidienne du site.
- Effectuer le dépannage à distance et fournir une assistance technique en temps réel pour les interventions sur site, en utilisant les systèmes SCADA, le contrôleur WEC, WebHMI, etc.
- Gérer les déploiements à distance des logiciels et tenir à jour le fichier de configuration des logiciels
- Effectuer un test de validation à distance, sur demande, pour toute nouvelle amélioration
- Gérer les arrêts de réseau planifiés/non planifiés avec le client et/ou l'opérateur de réseau
- Mettre à jour les KPI qui caractériseront l'efficacité des actions menées par l'équipe ROC
- Le/La Coordinateur.ice ROC doit être mobile. Cette opportunité est localisée à Nantes, au sein de nos bureaux.
