**About the role**

**Rattaché-e à l’équipe mondiale Global Ad Operations, notre Senior Ad Operations Manager collaborera étroitement avec les équipes commerciales françaises et allemandes. Sa mission principale sera de garantir la livraison et le bon déroulement des campagnes publicitaires, qu’elles soient en gré à gré ou en programmatique.

**What you´ll do**

- Fournir aux équipes commerciales des prévisions d’inventaire et des mises à jour du taux de remplissage (STR).
- Assurer la livraison fluide des campagnes publicitaires.
- Créer les deals programmatiques et gérer le troubleshooting avec les agences média et trading desks.
- Assurer le suivi des performances et les optimisations des campagnes en cours.
- Réaliser les bilans de campagne et créer les rapports d’analyse post-campagne à
partager avec les clients.
- Gérer les paramètres et demandes d’inventaire liés aux podcasts.
- Administrer notre outil CRM afin de garantir le versement des revenus aux

- podcasteurs dans les délais impartis.

**Who you are**

- Une première expérience dans les médias, le Traffic management ou le podcast est un atout, mais non indispensable - les compétences transférables seront pleinement prises en compte.
- Une connaissance de l’achat programmatique est un plus.
- Vous êtes organisé.e, avec un sens aigu du détail et vous êtes à l’aise avec la
manipulation de données.
- Vous savez gérer vos priorités et mener plusieurs tâches de front
- Vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité et apprenez facilement à utiliser de nouveaux outils et processus.
- Vous travaillez aussi bien de manière autonome qu’en équipe et appréciez la
collaboration
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans la communication avec différents interlocuteurs dans différents pays.
- Vous maîtrisez Excel à un niveau intermédiaire et êtes à l’aise avec les outils de BI.
- Vous parlez couramment le français ou l’allemand et avez une très bonne maitrise de l’anglais
