Focused on the construction and industrial markets, ADFORS offers solutions based on a complete range of têxtile and coating technologies using fiberglass yarns, synthetic fibers, and natural fibers. The Construction Product Europe (CPE) business unit is a leader in European market for mesh fabrics, wallcoverings, and drywall tape.

**Your missions**:
Application expertise: demonstration, testing and training.
- Conduct product benchmarks together with product management

Customer Knowledge and Innovation Opportunities
- Enhance our understanding of applicators/installers and DIY client needs.
- Relay these customers’ needs to the rest of marketing team for:

- Innovation opportunities
- Packaging changes, including instructions
- Enhancing product arguments
- Adapting communication materials
- Organize and lead product development/innovation for the French market in direct collaboration with all the product managers, especially for the retail and DIY customers.

Field claims management
- Travel to construction sites to assist with claims when needed.
- Serve as a first relay for claims between French commercial and plant quality department.

Norms & regulation
- Monitor norms changes in Europe, specifically in France, leveraging the Saint-Gobain network.

**Which team will you join?**

You will be directly reporting to the Business development and innovation manager who leads the team based out of Paris.

As with all team members you will work to drive profitable growth for Adfors CPE.

**Your profile**:
Technical skills:

- Fluent in English and French.
- Knowledge of CPE product offer (_Wallcovering, Mesh, Drywall tape_) is highly appreciated.
- Technical educational background

- You are curious, empathic and will enjoy finding new solutions for our customers

**Job location & travel**:

Travels will vary according to business need but should be split between:

- Regular travels to different France regions for field support
- Regular travels to Czech Republic to work with Adfors local teams and the plants.
- Spot travel to different locations all over Europe for customer trainings, demonstrations or claim management.
