**Poste**:
- Retail Experience Department helps create synergies, benchmarks and consistency that elevate the Client Experience in leveraging the four crucial areas : place, product, people and processes.
- Within the Retail Experience Departement, Retail Learning Director is responsible for conception, development and availability to regions and stores of all adequate learning contents and activities for retail teams.
- LEARNING IS A MINDSET, NOT A DUTY
- The Retail Learning Director assesses the brand development needs to drive training initiatives, identifies and arranges suitable training tools, contents, proposal etc. He/She actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance, recognize performance, attract and retain talents.
- Conducts training and development needs assessment, including local teams needs and feedback, focusing on strategic priorities and brand elevation
- Show strategic thinking skills, to define Budget and 3Years WW Learning plan, anticipating changes in behaviors due to the evolution of our retail population and high-speed digital innovations
- Ensure Learning Department mission and scope fully matches with other departments needs (Retail Operations, Clienteling )
- Ensure delivery of adequate training and development programs, and objectives
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of digital media (Learning App, LV LiVe, Webinars) as well as a wider range of experiêncial trainings (Labs, Inside-Out, etc.) and/or retail events
- Trains and coaches store managers, team managers, fieldcoach trainers and others involved in client advisors development efforts.
- Conducts follow-up studies to evaluate and measure results, targeting a 100% adoption of Learning App on all store profiles
- Modifies programs as needed injecting a new pedagogic approach within existing and future contents, adjusting to real needs and training purposes, diversifying to attract various personas
- Exemplifies appetite for new contents, new formats, new approaches and a “client advisor centric” mindset to fully embody “Learning is a mindset, not a duty”. Show technology skills
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management
Manages and develops a team organized around 3 pillars: Digital Learning / Experiential Learning / Retail Community and Events. Leadership skills are very important as he/she is responsible for overseeing the work of his/her team, motivating, delegating and inspiring.
**Profil**:
- Expérience retail indispensable (idéalement store manager by LV)
- Expérience internationale souhaitable
- Anglais courant
- Appétence pour les sciences humaines et du comportement, les neuro-sciences
- Compétences technologiques et appétit pour les formats innovants, les médias sociaux, etc.
