**Regional Director of Teaching & Learning Primary EU**

We currently have an opportunity as Regional Director of Teaching & Learning Primary.
The role is suited to applicants who have a solid experience within Primary Education, have a good command of English, ready to lead the way for our teachers and students, by sharing their knowledge and expertise as a part of our Teaching and Learning Department
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher of Primary age students.
- A successful teacher - able to understand the challenges of the Primary classroom.
- Experience in a principal or senior educational leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience of strategic leadership of teaching, curriculum, and assessment within a primary school setting.
- Experience of leading and delivering strategic improvement of student outcomes.
- Experience of analysing and using student performance data to improve standards.
- Experience facilitating strategic and school improvement planning processes. Experience leading change.
- Managing the administration of up-to-date records.
Desirable:
- Higher level qualification in Educational Leadership and Management
- Experience leading educational curriculum and/or teaching and learning strategy across multiple, geographically distributed sites.
- Experience of teaching and learning in a technology-rich environment.
- Experience working in environments with high levels of community engagement.
- Experience working in a variety of schools, or with a broader range of professionals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
