JLL recherche un(e) Facilities Assistant dévoué(e) pour soutenir notre équipe de gestion des installations. Ce rôle jouera un rôle crucial dans le maintien de l'efficacité des opérations de bureau et l'amélioration de l'expérience globale sur le lieu de travail pour nos clients.
**Responsabilités principales**:
Coordination des installations
Soutenir l'entretien de la propreté, de la sécurité et de la fonctionnalité des bureaux.
Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour l'entretien, les réparations et l'approvisionnement en fournitures.
Suivre et gérer efficacement l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau.
Services de soutien
Aider à la planification de l'espace et faciliter les ajustements de l'aménagement des bureaux.
Coordonner les déménagements internes et l'installation des postes de travail.
Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les protocoles de sécurité, y compris le contrôle d'accès.
Assistance aux événements et aux projets
Gérer la logistique des réunions, événements et sessions de formation sur site.
Assister aux projets liés aux installations pour assurer leur réalisation dans les délais.
Communication et rapports
Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes internes et les prestataires de services externes.
Préparer et maintenir les rapports et la documentation liés aux installations.
Amélioration continue
Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et d'efficacité opérationnelle.
Proposer des idées pour améliorer les environnements de travail et la prestation de services.
**Qualifications**:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; une formation ou une certification supplémentaire en gestion des installations est un atout.
Maîtrise de l'informatique
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
Esprit d'équipe collaboratif avec un accent sur le service client.
Une familiarité avec les logiciels et outils de gestion des installations est préférable.
**Conditions de travail**:
Principalement un rôle sur site avec une activité physique liée à l'aménagement des bureaux et à la gestion des fournitures.
Heures de bureau standard avec une certaine flexibilité pour les besoins urgents des installations.

Position Overview
JLL is seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support our facilities management team. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient office operations and enhancing the overall workplace experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facilities Coordination**:
Support the upkeep of office cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Collaborate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and procurement of supplies.
Track and manage office supplies inventory effectively.
**Support Services**:
Assist with space planning and facilitate office layout adjustments.
Coordinate internal moves and workstation setups.
Implement and maintain security protocols, including access control.
**Event and Project Assistance**:
Manage logistics for on-site meetings, events, and training sessions.
Assist with facility-related projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
**Communication and Reporting**:
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
Prepare and maintain facilities-related reports and documentation.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Offer ideas to improve workplace environments and service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in facilities management is advantageous.
Computer literacy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with facilities management software and tools is preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
Mainly an on-site role with physical activity related to office setup and supply management.
Standard business hours with some flexibility for urgent facility needs.
