QUELLES SERONT VOS MISSIONS ?
Au sein de l’équipe du Customer Care vous maximisez la performance de CMA CGM en optimisant le service rendu au Client à travers l’exactitude/la ponctualité de la documentation et la conformité de la réception des marchandises
- Il participe au suivi des dossiers et adresse les relances requises
- Il participe au contrôle des factures de prestation import mises à disposition par la documentation
- Il réceptionne la clientèle Import au Guichet
- Il participe au contrôle des impayés avec la comptabilité (DFI)
- Il informe la clientèle des dysfonctionnements concernant l’acheminement des conteneurs.
- Il participe au traitement de la partie documentaire de l’escale Import du Navire, en liaison avec la clientèle
- Il participe à la vérification et au contrôle la conformité du contrat maritime présenté par l’importateur (contrôle documents client remis, versus données Lara)
- Il participe au traitement et à la délivrance du BAD
- Il informe le client des démarches suivantes qu’il doit accomplir (Douanes, transporteur, etc.)
- Il participe à vérification des frêts payables « elsewhere »

RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE
- Le poste est placé sous l'autorité du Customer Care Manager.

QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?
- Vous suivez actuellement une formation supérieure en commerce international/ transport / Logistique.
- Connaissance des outils bureautiques. - Anglais courant.
- Nous recherchons une personne avec un esprit d’analyse, rigoureuse, ayant de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles, l’esprit d’équipe.

AFFECTATION
- Poste basé à Jarry (Guadeloupe). - Type de contrat : Alternance
- Durée du contrat : 12 à 24 mois
