Payroll & Operations Specialist (People Ops)

**Key Responsibilities**
**Employee lifecycle management (300+ FTE)**
Onboarding
- Liaise with People Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to create a great employee experience during the preboarding step, ensuring all necessary information, communication, and documentation are shared with new joiners ahead of their start date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
Contractual documentation
- Formalize and manage all contractual elements throughout the employee lifecycle, including labor contracts, amendments, and certificates.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies,
- Support regular compliance audits.
Employee's support
- Oversee day-to-day People Operations, responding promptly and effectively to employee requests,
- Ensure an optimal employee experience by acting as the main point of contact for our teams, providing essential information throughout their journey at the company,
- Follow up on leaves, ensuring records are accurate and processes are compliant with local regulations.
**People process optimization, and automation**
- Contribute to HRIS automation initiatives to increase efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency across all People processes,
- Maintain and update employee records and People information systems to ensure data accuracy.
**About You**
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing start-up,
- Strong knowledge of French labor law & HR policy, employment regulations,
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding,
- Experience in HRIS management.
