As a People Operations Manager, you will be joining the People Operations team composed of 13 members (of which 6 members are responsible for our French market) and you will be contributing to Qonto’s success by providing the best-in-class employee experience to all our Qontoers.

You will report to Elise, our Lead People Ops. As part of the People Operations France team, you will be strongly involved in the HR daily topics of our Qontoers in France alongside Élisa, Mélissandre, Alexandre (apprentice) and Baptiste, our Payroll Manager.

Your role will be to manage the HR-related topics by becoming a strong partner for the whole team by being:

- A key contact for a dedicated perimeter for all Qontoers' daily queries (Qontoers, Managers, Providers).
- A referent on HR-related topics such as Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Legal, HR policies and processes, HRIS, etc.

**As a People Operations at Qonto, you will**
- **Daily Operations**: Be the point of contact for Qontoers and managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees and respond to any day-to-day queries on HR rules and standards. You are also in charge of the people data and accuracy in the different HR systems (Lucca & Lattice)
- **HR Policies and Processes**: Be the referent in the People team regarding human resources policies, procedures and contracts, and participate in creating harmonized standards across the different offices (France, Italy, Spain, Germany & Serbia).
- **HR projects**: Help the People team to provide the most incredible experience by improving our ways of working and HR policies. For instance, you could be involved in deploying the new remote or parenthood policy or in following up our HR cycles such as Progress reviews.
- **Payroll and data**: Not be responsible for the payroll itself, but you will own the data for your own scope. It means you will prepare the payroll run for your perimeter with the support of Baptiste, our Payroll Manager.

**About your future manager**
- **Her background? **You will directly report to Elise, our Lead People Operations in France. She has several experiences in different start/scale-ups as Payroll Manager and People Ops Expert in the French market but also in different European Markets. Elise joined Qonto more than 3 years ago and is leading the People Ops team based in France.
- **What does she bring to the team? **Elise brings her expertise in HR, legal and payroll topics. She will support you to master your topics and continuously make you grow and learn.

**About You**
- **Experience**: You have 2+ years of experience as an HR specialist or a similar HR generalist role.
- **Mastery**: You have a good knowledge of HR & legal topics. You are hands-on, able to multitas
