**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:

- As an
- **Office & Facility Group Manager**, you will play a key role within Office Facillity Management department.
- You will have different responsibilities related to:

- Management & Supervision
- Managing a team of 23 office managers located in different cities, both in France and abroad
- Reviewing and following up the new projects within the team
- Project management
- Budget management
- Allocating the department budget according to the different needs
- Strategy and development
- Giving a long-term vision to the department
- Developing a strong relationship with the different stakeholders

**Ideal Profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in office management field
- Strong experience both in people and project management
- A proactive person, ready to work in a fast-growing environment
- Fluent in English. Other languages would be desirable
- Knowledges of ISO and green RSE would be highly appreciated
